Can I request a custom recording and what is the price?

Yes you can request a custom recording for many sporting commentaries (not just football).  Please email in your script and request or call 01303 894042 to discuss.  The cost for a completely original custom commentary is £89.50.  We accept payment by Card/Paypal/Cheque for Custom recordings.  (cheques made payable to be a sporting hero 

Can I send the commentary/cd to someone other than myself?

Yes, simply click send to another address in the delivery details.

Is it just football commentaries?

Our flagship service is football commentaries, however we are busy in the process of creating many other beasportinghero products including tennis, cricket, snooker, golf, racing and formula 1.  If you wish to request a custom personalised commentary then please do contact us with the sporting event you would like us to recreate.

How do I give feedback?

Why hasn't my commentary/cd arrived yet?

All our cds are despatched from our Head Office in Kent. The cd packages are then delivered straight into the Royal Mail system on the evening of despatch. Once the cd packages have been despatched, we are unable to control the delivery process, however we will do whatever we can to rectify any problems caused by delayed delivery.
Please remember that first class items are not guaranteed next day delivery and depending on the size and amount of cds you order, may take several days to arrive, particularly during peak periods.
Please make sure you allow enough time for your cd/s to arrive –

What are the delivery options?

First Class Posting Information
If possible, we recommend you allow 3 working days for delivery from the ‘Sent by us’ date.

It is better for a cd to arrive two days early than one day late, SO PLEASE ORDER IN GOOD TIME. If your order has not arrived after three days PLEASE call us.

Special Delivery

You can now choose to send to all UK addresses with a complete postcode via Royal Mail Special Delivery at an increased cost (as detailed by Royal Mail). A special delivery ordered before 2pm and despatched Monday – Friday is guaranteed for delivery before 2pm the following day. Royal Mail do not guarantee special deliveries to arrive on a Saturday but we find that items addressed to residential addresses do generally arrive.

Please be advised that Special Delivery requires a signature upon delivery. If there is not likely to be anyone to sign for the delivery please use the normal first class service or have it delivered to an alternate address. If deliveries cannot be signed for they are taken back to the depot and need to be picked up in person from the Post Office or redelivered at a later date.

Returns Policy:

We do not operate a returns policy as all of our products are available to listen to as a preview.  However if packages/cds sent out are damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement cd.
